Coupon events - Lobyco Help center

Lobyco publishes a coupon event when a customer’s coupon changes state. Every payload carries CustomerId, CouponId and OfferId.

Coupon Assigned is published live only for triggered offers. For a segmented offer it is published when the offer is activated.For a pre-activated segmented offer, Coupon Activated is published only after the first redemption.

Mobile app equivalents (POST /mobile-app/v3/coupons/{couponId}/activate and /deactivate) and the POS redeem-by-posCouponId variant emit the same events.
