This section is for the team connecting an external system to Nexus, the Lobyco campaign engine. That system can be a CDP, a CRM, a POS or a marketing platform. Two connectors do the work. The Inbound API lets your system start a flow for one customer. The Outbound API lets a flow call an endpoint in your system. The event catalogues describe the payloads those calls carry.
Both connectors are enabled per environment. If the marketer does not see them in the orchestration canvas, contact your Lobyco representative.

How the connectors fit

A flow can start from your system, end in your system, or both. The marketer places the blocks on the canvas. You provide the endpoint, the credentials and the payload shape.
