AI tools - Lobyco Help center

Lobyco Nexus has two tools that use AI to help you understand your data. Both are marked BETA in the portal, so they can still change. AI can get things wrong. Check what these tools tell you before you rely on it. Each tool’s page says how.

Term	What it is
AI Genie	An assistant that answers questions about your loyalty data in plain language. It shows the query it ran and the data behind the answer.
Segment summary	A plain-words description of which customers a segment includes, with a suggested name for the segment. It’s written by AI while you build the segment.

You only see the tools your setup uses and your user roles include.
