Lobyco publishes curated analytical datasets that you consume through Delta Sharing. They are built for reporting, measurement and financial reconciliation — not for operational activation.

Do not use these datasets as a marketing activation feed or for real-time eligibility decisions. Delta Sharing is batch-oriented and may include processing delays. Activation belongs in the Orchestration product. See Data Packages for the full do’s and don’ts.

What the packages are for, the two refresh tiers, and how to use them well.

Available packages

Each package is a group of tables sharing a table-name prefix.

Customer	`cus_*`	Customer identity and profile data
Loyalty and Promotion	`loy_*`	Loyalty and promotion activity
Mobile App	`mob_*`	Mobile app activity
Return of Retailers	`ret_*`	Retailer-provided master and transactional data — products, hierarchies, stores, chains and purchases
Customer Feedback	`cfe_*`	Customer feedback activity

Return of Retailers is treated as a Premium service in both tiers, because the retailer is the source of truth for that data. It carries a cost to provide — contact Lobyco Customer Success for details.

Refresh tiers

Tier	Refresh	Suited to
Essential	Once per day	Standard reporting, dashboards, financial reconciliation.
Premium	Once per hour	Advanced analytics and closer-to-real-time monitoring.

Premium refreshes consume more compute and storage, which raises the associated Azure costs. Pick the tier that matches how fresh your reporting actually needs to be.
