# Activity statistics

> The numbers each offer, game, push message, email and feed shows in a campaign, where to find them and what each one counts.

Offers, games, push messages, emails and feeds each show their own numbers inside a campaign. This page shows where to find them and what each number counts.

## At a glance

| Activity | Its numbers |
| - | - |
| [Offer](#offer-statistics) | **Assigned**, **Activated**, **Redeemed**, **Average basket**, **Minimum basket**, **Maximum basket**, **Total value** |
| [Game](#game-statistics) | **games played**, **games won**, **games lost**, **unique players**, and a table of every attempt |
| [Push](#push-statistics) | **Sent**, **Delivered**, **Opened** |
| [Email](#email-statistics) | **Delivered**, **Not Delivered**, **Opened**, **Clicked** |
| [Feed](#feed-statistics) | **Opened** |

Banners, prompts, challenges and bonuses don't show numbers on their rows. To see how bonuses, challenges, games and offers did across your campaigns, use [Promotion insights](/business-documentation/measure/promotion-insights).

## Where to find them

| Where | What you see |
| - | - |
| On **Campaigns** → **List**, select a campaign to open it, then select its **List** view | Each activity row shows its first three numbers, each with an icon. Point at a number to see its name and exact value. When an activity has more, select **+N more** to see them all. |
| On **Campaigns** → **List**, select the arrow at the start of a campaign's row | The campaign's activities show under its row. Point at the chart icon on an activity's row to see its numbers. |
| Open a game from its campaign, then select **Statistics**, beside **Details** | The game's four totals, then a table of every attempt. A game doesn't show numbers on its row. |
| On the **Orchestration** canvas, switch to **[History](/business-documentation/campaigns/schedule-and-run-a-campaign#follow-each-run-in-history)** | **History** lists each run of the campaign. An email block in a finished run shows a chart icon. Point at it to see the email numbers for that run. |

Numbers above 999 are shortened, such as 1.2K for 1,200 or 3.4M for 3.4 million. Point at the number in the **List** view to see the exact value.

## Offer statistics

On its row, an offer shows **Assigned**, **Activated** and **Redeemed**. Select **+4 more** to open the **Offer statistics** panel with all seven. All the basket numbers and **Total value** count only the purchases where a customer used the offer.

![The Offer statistics panel, opened with +4 more on an offer's row in a campaign's List view. It shows seven cards: Assigned 13, Activated 13, Redeemed 3, Average basket 55, Minimum basket 43, Maximum basket 77 and Total value 18. Behind it, two of the campaign's offers show their first three numbers and +4 more. The panel covers the third offer's numbers.](https://mintcdn.com/lobyco-4c9fb3ad/WYxSmfbwe1zr5xYw/images/measure-06-offer-statistics-panel.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=WYxSmfbwe1zr5xYw\&q=85\&s=44efe67324e3c761d2a7f5ca2cc195fd)

*The Offer statistics panel*

| Number | What it counts |
| - | - |
| **Assigned** | The coupons customers have been given. |
| **Activated** | Coupons that customers have activated. Whether customers activate a coupon depends on the [offer type](/business-documentation/activities/offers/offer-types). |
| **Redeemed** | The times customers used a coupon in a purchase. A coupon with a **[Redemption limit](/business-documentation/activities/offers/stacking-and-limits#redemption-limit)** above 1 counts each time it's used. A use that your POS cancels afterwards still counts. |
| **Average basket** | The average value of the purchases where a customer used the offer. |
| **Minimum basket** | The smallest of those purchases. |
| **Maximum basket** | The largest of those purchases. |
| **Total value** | The discount or bonus customers have received from this offer, added up. It is not the value of their baskets. |

The basket numbers and **Total value** are whole numbers, rounded down. A total of 12.90 shows as 12.

Your POS sends the basket total, and the discount or bonus it gave, each time a customer uses a coupon. The basket numbers and **Total value** come from those. If your POS doesn't send them, they stay at 0. See [Coupon redemption at the POS](/integration/pos-point-of-sale-integrations/coupon-redemption-at-pos).

## Game statistics

A game's numbers are on its own **Statistics** tab, not on its row. To open the tab, open the game from its campaign and select **Statistics**, beside **Details**. The tab shows once the game has been saved.

Each time a customer plays the game is one attempt. The tab shows four totals at the top, then a table of every attempt. The totals always count the whole game, whatever filters you set on the table.

![The Statistics tab of a test game called GameWithNotPreactivatedReward, open beside its Details tab. Four totals run across the top: 21 games played, 19 games won, 0 games lost and 4 unique players. Under them, Export sits on the right and Filters on the left. The attempts table has the columns Membership Id, Started At, Finished At, Win status, Reward, Bonus value and Selected At, newest first. Its seven visible rows are test customers such as 343271 and 453, each attempt Won, with the coupon reward GameRewardNotPreactivatedMMT cut short in the Reward column, Bonus value empty because the reward is a coupon, and Selected At filled in. The paginator at the bottom reads 1 — 10 of 21.](https://mintcdn.com/lobyco-4c9fb3ad/WYxSmfbwe1zr5xYw/images/measure-12-game-statistics-tab.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=WYxSmfbwe1zr5xYw\&q=85\&s=97e9066072ed67b1442ce4163ecc5741)

*The Statistics tab of a game that customers have played*

| Number | What it counts |
| - | - |
| **games played** | Every attempt customers started, finished or not. So **games won** and **games lost** can add up to less. The difference is the attempts that aren't finished yet. |
| **games won** | Attempts customers finished with a win. On a lottery game, every finished attempt counts as a win unless the gameplay decides the customer lost. So this is the number of entries in the draw. See [Who can win](/business-documentation/activities/games/draw-lottery-winners#who-can-win). |
| **games lost** | Attempts customers finished with a loss. |
| **unique players** | Customers who started at least one attempt, each counted once. On a lottery game, it's the number the **Lottery** tab shows before the draw. |

### The attempts table

The table has a row for each attempt, newest first.

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Membership Id** | The customer who played. |
| **Started At** and **Finished At** | When the customer started and finished the attempt. **Finished At** is empty until they finish. |
| **Win status** | *Won* or *Lost*. Empty until the customer finishes. |
| **Reward** | The reward this attempt won. *Not selected* means the customer won a coupon that Lobyco is still giving out. It changes to the coupon's name on its own, so you don't need to do anything. |
| **Bonus value** | The amount of bonus the attempt won. |
| **Selected At** | When the customer got the reward. |

**Reward**, **Bonus value** and **Selected At** only show on a game with rewards. They're hidden on a lottery game, because its prizes are given out in the draw instead. You find a lottery game's winners and prizes on its **Lottery** tab. See [Draw lottery winners](/business-documentation/activities/games/draw-lottery-winners).

### Filter the attempts

1. Select **Filters**.
2. Fill in the ones you need, then select **Apply**.

Each filter you apply shows above the table. To remove one, select the **✕** beside it. To remove them all, select **Clear all**.

| Filter | What it finds |
| - | - |
| **Membership IDs** | The attempts of one customer. Enter their full member ID. |
| **Started at** | Attempts started between two dates and times. |
| **Finished at** | Attempts finished between two dates and times. |
| **Win status** | Attempts that were **Won**, **Lost** or **Not finished**. |
| **Rewards** | Attempts that won one reward. Enter the reward's full title, as the table shows it. Only on a game with rewards. |
| **Selected at** | Attempts whose reward the customer got between two dates and times. Only on a game with rewards. |

To see every game one customer played, not only this one, open their **Games** tab. See [Find a customer](/business-documentation/self-service/find-a-customer#check-their-other-tabs).

### Export the attempts

**Export** downloads every attempt as a CSV file. It always holds every attempt, whatever filters you've set. It has the same information as the table, plus the ID of each reward. The button only shows when the table has at least one row.

The file can be up to 30 minutes old. To see newer attempts, export again later. After the game's end date, one final file is made, and every export from then on gets that file.

If the file is still being made when you export, the export fails. Wait about 15 minutes and try again.

## Push statistics

![The Push Statistics popup on Campaigns, List, opened by pointing at the chart icon on a push's row under its campaign. It shows three cards: Sent 8, Delivered 4 and Opened 3. The campaign and push names are blurred.](https://mintcdn.com/lobyco-4c9fb3ad/WYxSmfbwe1zr5xYw/images/measure-09-push-statistics.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=WYxSmfbwe1zr5xYw\&q=85\&s=3a53937e316a2f268da91db809b23b92)

*The Push Statistics popup*

| Number | What it counts |
| - | - |
| **Sent** | The devices the push was sent to. Only devices signed up for push messages count. |
| **Delivered** | The pushes that reached a device. A push reaches a device when the app is installed, notifications are allowed and the customer is logged in. A push that arrives while the app is open doesn't count as **Delivered**. |
| **Opened** | The pushes customers tapped. Pushes they dismiss or ignore don't count. |

## Email statistics

![The Email Statistics popup on Campaigns, List, opened by pointing at the chart icon on an email's row under its campaign. It shows four cards: Delivered 4, Not Delivered 0, Opened 8 and Clicked 5. Behind it, the first two emails show a chart icon, and the popup covers that end of the other rows. Part of the campaign name and two email names are blurred.](https://mintcdn.com/lobyco-4c9fb3ad/WYxSmfbwe1zr5xYw/images/measure-10-email-statistics.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=WYxSmfbwe1zr5xYw\&q=85\&s=9519a5af7d606e42b81a6a2ae756809c)

*The Email Statistics popup*

| Number | What it counts |
| - | - |
| **Delivered** | The emails the customers' mail servers accepted. |
| **Not Delivered** | The emails that didn't arrive. For example, the address was wrong, the mailbox was full, or the mail server turned the email away. |
| **Opened** | The times customers opened the email. Opening it again, or on another device, can count again. |
| **Clicked** | The times customers selected a link in the email. Selecting the same link again can count again, but very quick repeat clicks can count once. |

Email numbers update once an hour, so they can be up to an hour behind.

**Opened** is a guide rather than an exact count. An open only counts when the email's images load, and some mail apps and browsers block them.

In the **List** view, the numbers cover every run of the campaign. On the canvas, each run in **History** has its own numbers, so you can compare runs. When the numbers can't load, an alert icon shows that the statistics aren't available right now. Try again later.

## Feed statistics

![The Feed Statistics popup on Campaigns, List, opened by pointing at the chart icon on the feed ImageFeedWithButton under its campaign. It shows one card: Opened 52. The campaign name is blurred.](https://mintcdn.com/lobyco-4c9fb3ad/WYxSmfbwe1zr5xYw/images/measure-11-feed-statistics.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=WYxSmfbwe1zr5xYw\&q=85\&s=158a9917ad70d16b97a422df0c03a509)

*The Feed Statistics popup*

| Number | What it counts |
| - | - |
| **Opened** | The times customers tapped the feed, to follow its link or expand it. |
